Tread Lightly Assembly - Soft Plastic Recycling

Domini from Tread Lightly came to Pt England today to talk to us about soft plastic and remind us to "Chuck it in the Right Bin!" when we recycle.

We are studying motion and physics this term in I Like to Move it!  We started the first week learning about gravity by making marble runs!

Isaac's Gifts to Pt England

We are so proud of Isaac for wining  the 2017 Year 8 Art Prize. He is an amazing painter and photographer with an eye for capturing the beauty of nature.  

We are also incredibly humbled to have received two landscapes that Isaac painted at PES in the last week of 2017. These are gifts to show the school his appreciation for its help throughout his years at Pt England.

 

We will miss you, Isaac and look forward to hearing about your journey as an artist as you head to Tamaki College. Good Luck!

ART  Bradley Lane Artist Talks and Exhibition SUN, 3 DEC, 2PM FREE The Bradley Lane mural project started as a small outdoor event in 2013 This year The Bradley Lane Artist Talks and Exhibition will be hosted across two rooms at Te Oro. Come and hear some of your favourite artists speak about Bradley Lane and their artwork. This year’s line-up of artists includes Askew One , DEOW (Invercargill), Erin Forsyth, Gary Silipa and Jonny 4Higher . Artists will share what influences them at the artist talks that look to engage and inspire the audience, and the art exhibition will present the indoor artworks of all the artists involved with Bradley Lane over the years.
